Really neat concept 
I like the chunky shading style you used on her hair.
The shading on her skin is inconsistent, however. There's a really dark shadow on the other side of her nose, but barely any shadow at all under her chin. That makes sense on the reference pic because you can see the shadow of the woman's face on her shoulder. But here, it makes her look unfinished. Decide where your light source is and make sure it stays consistent throughout your picture
